I have been meaning to write this message for a long time. I went on this site 2 years ago exactly. I was completely dubious and sceptical that anything may come of it. I was bored with meeting drunken guys in pubs/night clubs and nothing ever coming of it…We met 2 years ago, and we’re engaged to be married next year… we are a great couple but if it wasn’t for internet dating I really don’t think our paths would ever have crossed. To all those thinking of doing it and worried about how it may work out I would advise you to go for it. It felt gutsy at the time as its hard to put your heart on the line and out-rightly declare that you’re ready to meet someone special and settle down but it worked out for me and brought me such happiness and hopefully it will for you.:)

Thank-you! Perseverance pays off. I tried this site on and off over a two year period after my divorce 5 years ago. Although I met one or two fantastic blokes, who to this day remain friends, the elusive ONE seemed to remain just out of my grasp. I didn’t use this site for more than two years, but in February this year, I decided to give it one last shot… And within just two days, met the man I’ve been waiting for.
